RULES of USE
- REMOVE SHOES before ENTERING
- Sweep and Mop all tile floors
- NO CANDLES (of any kind)
- Leave the house cleaner than you found it
- DO NOT DUPLICATE KEYS
- Report any broken items or needed items to this blog
- Lock all doors, Close all windows
- Turn off all lights, lower thermostat to 55 degrees, lower temp. on water heater, turn off wall heaters upstairs
- Do not remove anything from the house without permission
- Clean used linens; sheets and towels and replace with new set
- Wash all dishes, Clean out sink, wipe off counters
- Remove Garbage, take black cans to street by Thursday
- Clean bathrooms, sweep, mop, vacuum
- Bring own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent
- Bring your own food & remove it when you leave
PROJECTS TO DO
- Caulk all baseboard
- Caulk wood trim around windows in Living room
- Sand sheetrock/mud kitchen, bathrooms
- Install breaker
- De-clutter bookshelves, dining hutch
- Organize & vacuum garage, build shelves
- Build shelves in hall closet
- Oil all cabinets in bathrooms
- Beeswax all furniture
- Fix leak under sink in kitchen & washer water faucets
- Remove Weeds
- Paint all walls in kitchen, entry (2nd coat), bathrooms
- Remove Old Van, remove broken items (TV's, Refrigerator, Bikes) from garage
- Tile upstairs bathroom
- Clean carpet
- Fix doorbell

- Bedside table in main floor bedroom
- Find carbon monoxide detector or buy new one
- Flour
- Hooks to hold ironing board on back of Laundry Room Door
- Ice Melt
- Laundry Detergent
- Light bulbs - 100 & 60 watt
- Logs for Fireplace
- Paint & paint supplies
- Painting gloves, blue tape, paint for bathroom ceiling and kitchen
- Paper plates, cups, napkins
- Serving Spoons
- Soup spoons
- Toilet Paper
